Sealed documents individually marked with the abovementioned RFB and Service Description, must be placed in the Tender box situated at ground floor (left hand side of the entrance just before the security desk), Joburg Market Main Building by the closing date and time as per Joburg Market`s clock. All Suppliers are encouraged to make their submission before the closing time. It is the bidders’ responsibility to obtain documents in time so as to ensure responses reach Joburg Market timeously.
No tenders will be accepted after the closing date and time. No tender per facsimile or e-mailed will be accepted. Office hours are from 08h00 to 17h00 weekdays for the collection of documents.

Service providers will be adjudicated in terms of the Supply Chain Management Policy using the point system mentioned above, based on the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, Act 5 of 2005, preferential procurement regulations 2017, MFMA, Act 56 of 2003, as well as the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Act, Act 53 of 2003
