The MAJV has been appointed by the South African National Roads Agency SOC Ltd (SANRAL) to provide a comprehensive property service.
 
Interested parties are hereby invited to submit offers to lease the following property:
TENDER NO: N001-026-N-P-12031: Lease of the Remainder of Portion 22 of the Farm Duvenhageskraal No 689 – LS.
 
Extent: Approximately 180m²
Present Zoning: Agriculture.
Improvements: The property is improved with a dwelling comprising of 3 bedrooms, bathroom and lounge, kitchen and a car port.
Lease term: Three (3) years.
Services: The property has water and electricity.
Reserve rental: The reserve rental is R2900.00 per month (excluding VAT).
Offers below the reserve rental will not be considered.
The property is located along the N1 highway at the entrance to Polokwane. When entering Polokwane proceed to the robots which if you turn right takes you onto the R101 (Roodepoort Road) to the Meropa Casino. Instead of turning right at the robot, turn left and proceed along a dirt road running parallel to the N1 away from Polokwane. This road leads to a group of five houses of which the subject property is one, GPS Coordinates: S23.939803, E29.411251.

TENDERS MEETING
A site meeting to point out site boundaries and inspect the property will be held on Wednesday 26 September 2018 at 13:30 at the Remainder of Portion 22 of the Farm Duvenhageskraal No 689 – LS.
