THE SOUTH AFRICAN NATIONAL ROADS AGENCY SOC LIMITED (SANRAL)

The MAJV has been appointed by the South African National Roads Agency SOC Ltd (SANRAL) to provide a comprehensive property service.
 
Interested parties are hereby invited to submit offers to lease the following properties:
1. TENDER NO: N001-020-N-P-12433A : Lease of Remainder of Portion 119 (portion of Portion 80) of the Farm Misgund No 322 – IQ (Northern portion)
Extent: The extent of the property (northern portion) is approximately 4 833 m².
Zoning: “Agricultural”.
Improvements: The property consists of vacant agricultural land.
Services: The property has no services.
Lease Term: Three (3) years.
Reserve Rental: R2819.00 per month (excluding VAT).
Offers below the reserve rental will not be considered.
2. TENDER NO: N001-020-N-P-12433B : Lease of Remainder of Portion 119 (portion of Portion 80) of the Farm Misgund No 322 – IQ (Southern portion)
Extent: The extent of the property (northern portion) is approximately 5558 m².
Zoning: “Agricultural”.
Improvements: The property consists of vacant agricultural land.
Services: The property has no services.
Lease Term: Three (3) years.
Reserve Rental: R3240.00 per month (excluding VAT).
Offers below the reserve rental will not be considered.
The property is located in an established residential township known as Devland, situated on the road from Vereeniging just off Jan de Necker Drive. When travelling on the old Vereeniging Road turn right onto Hezer Street (road from Veree) and continue for approximately 250 meters where the property is located on both sides of the road S-26.284962 E27.945703.
TENDERS MEETING
 
A site meeting to point out site boundaries and inspect the property will be held on Thursday 27 September 2018 at 10:00 at the Remainder of Portion 119 of the Farm Misgund No 322 – IQ. When travelling on the old Vereeniging Road turn right onto Hezer Street (road from Veree) and continue for approximately 250 meters where the property is located on both sides of the road S-26.284962 E27.945703.
