The Bid documents will be available for sale at a fee of R756, 60 (Seven hundred, fifty-six Rands and sixty cents only) non-refundable as from 14 June 2018 at the offices of the Johannesburg Roads Agency (JRA) from 09H00 to 10H00 and 14H00 to 15H00 ONLY, on the 12th Floor, South Wing, Procurement Section, No 66 Pixley Seme Street (previously Sauer Street), Johannesburg. The attention of bidders is specifically drawn to the provisions of the Conditions of Contract, which are included in the Documents. All bids as advertised will remain valid for 120 days from bid closing date.    

 

Bidders must note that briefing sessions are compulsory as per table above and the original certificates of attendance will be circulated to all bidders which must be submitted together with the bid document on or before bid closing date and time.

 

Bids are to be submitted on or before closing, date and time. The bid box is at Johannesburg Roads Agency (JRA) Offices, Ground Floor, North Wing, 66 Pixley Seme Street (previously Sauer Street), Johannesburg CBD. Bidders should submit a hard copy of the bid document together with the electronic version.

 

Telegraphic or faxed bids will not be accepted. The Employer is not bound to accept the lowest or any bid, or will any reason for the rejection or non-acceptance of a bid be assigned.

Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the conditions of the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2017 and the SCMP of the Johannesburg Roads Agency.
