The MAJV has been appointed by the South African National Roads Agency SOC Ltd (SANRAL) to provide a comprehensive property service.
Interested parties are hereby invited to submit offers to purchase the following undeveloped property:
TENDER NO: N001-020-N-P-1050: Purchase of Portion 161 (portion of Portion 5) of the Farm Misgund No 322 - IQ
Extent: The extent of the property is 3.4806 Ha.
Zoning: “Agricultural” coverage 70%, density 1 dwelling, height 3 stories.
Improvements: The property consists of vacant undeveloped agricultural land without improvements.
Services: The property has no services.
Reserve price: R420 000.00 (excluding VAT)
Offers below the reserve price will not be considered.
The subject property borders an Extension of Devland Residential Township. The property also borders the N1 (Northbound) Freeway to the east however no direct access is allowed from the Freeway.  Travelling on the N1 take the Golden Highway off ramp towards Amardale and then turn onto the old Vereeniging Road and turn left at the first cross road (27 56 29.147E 26 17 8.842S) and continue for approximately 440 meters where the road will curve right for approximately 200 meters until you reach a T Junction. At the T junction turn left and continue on gravel road for 700 meters to the property (27 66 38.467E 26 17 44.175S)

TENDERS MEETING
A site meeting to point out site boundaries and inspect the property will be held on 27 September 2018 at 11:30 at Portion 161 (portion of Portion 5) of the Farm Misgund No 322 – IQ. Travelling on the N1 take the Golden Highway off ramp towards Amardale and then turn onto the old Vereeniging Road and turn left at the first cross road (27 56 29.147E 26 17 8.842S) and continue for approximately 440 meters where the road will curve right for approximately 200 meters until you reach a T Junction.
