The MAJV has been appointed by the South African National Roads Agency SOC Ltd (SANRAL) to provide a comprehensive property service.
 
Interested parties are hereby invited to submit offers to lease the following property:
TENDER NO: N001-025-N-P-12250: Lease of Portion 21 (portion of Portion 3) of the Farm Grootvalley No 529 - KR
 
          Extent: 396. 0425 Ha
          Present Zoning: “Agricultural
          Improvements: The property consists of vacant agricultural land without any
          Improvements.
          Services: The property has no services such as water and Electricity.
          Lease term: Three (3) years
          Reserve rental: R6 000.00 per month (excluding VAT).
          Offers below the reserve price will not be considered.
 
The property is located approximately 3 km south of Mookgopong (Naboomspruit). The property borders the N1 freeway to its north  western boundary however the property cannot be accessed from the N1 Freeway. From the N1 Highway take Exit 289 (Mookgophong / Polokwane) off ramp and continue on the R101 towards Mookopong. From the R519 turn first right onto Groot Street and after approximately 340 meters turn left onto a dirt/gravel road which eventually crosses over the N1 freeway via a narrow bridge.
