The MAJV has been appointed by the South African National Roads Agency SOC Ltd (SANRAL) to provide a comprehensive property service.
Interested parties are hereby invited to submit offers to lease the following property:
TENDER NO: N001-026-N-P-12055: Lease of portion of Portion 4 of the Farm Duvenage’s Kraal No 689 – LS.
Extent: Approximately 2, 5547 ha.
Present Zoning: Agriculture.
Lease term: Three (3) years.
Improvements: Improvements: The property is improved as follows:
1. Main dwelling: Single storey face brick structure consisting of an entrance hall, spacious lounge, dining room, family room with bar area, kitchen with scullery and laundry, study, four bedrooms, two bathrooms with a water closet and basin with shower, and a second with a bath and basin and a en-suite to the main bedroom. The main dwelling leads out to a swimming pool and Lapa.
2. Cottages: The cottages comprise two adjoining self-contained units.
a. First cottage comprising of a lounge, dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms, family bathroom and a fourth bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
b. Second cottage comprises of a split-level lounge and kitchen area, and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
c. Second dwelling: Single storey plastered and painted brick construction consisting of an entrance hall leading into an open plan lounge and dining room, kitchen with scullery and laundry, three bedrooms, family bathroom and separate water closet and additional bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Reserve rental: The reserve rental is R11 500 per month (excluding VAT)
